The Evolution of Veth's Appearance in Critical Role

Veth Brenatto, also known as Nott the Brave, has undergone significant transformations throughout her journey in Critical Role. From her humble beginnings as a halfling woman to her current goblin form, Veth's appearance has evolved dramatically.

Initially, Veth was a halfling with a plump face, dark skin, and braided hair. She wore worn-out clothes and hid her face behind a hood and porcelain mask. However, after Lucien's defeat, all red eyes on her person disappeared, only to reappear in an unspecified location during the fight against Lucien, the Neo-Somnovem.

Veth's goblin form is characterized by green skin, green hair, and yellow eyes. Her appearance was further modified when she acquired a set of earmuffs with antlers, inspired by Keyleth's antlers. During the battle with Cree in the tunnels beneath Cognouza, Veth gained another red eye on her forehead.

In 'The Fancy and the Fooled' (2x97), Nott regained her halfling form and began using her original name, Veth Brenatto, although she retained the piercings and tattoos she acquired as Nott. For her Eiselcross outfit, Veth wears a pink lolita dress with fur trim and buttons going down the front.

Throughout her journey, Veth has also accumulated various tattoos, including an aquamarine tattoo highlighting her eyes and temples, which she obtained in 'Titles and Tattoos' (2x84).
